Guests
What it is for
Section titled “What it is for”Guests (Misafirler) is the list of guest cards of the hotel. You register the guest here before opening a reservation, and when a reservation is opened the guest is chosen from this list. A card holds name, ID type and number, nationality, phone and e-mail.
Who uses it
Section titled “Who uses it”Reception. On the Hotel Management page of the role screen, View opens the list, Add shows New Guest, and Edit shows the pencil button.
Screens
Section titled “Screens”- Guest list: all guest cards.
- New Guest (Yeni Misafir): name, ID type (North Cyprus ID, Turkish ID or passport), ID number, nationality, phone and e-mail.
- Edit: the pencil button on a row opens the card for correction.
