Claims
What it is for
Section titled “What it is for”Claims (Hakediş) is a read-only summary screen that shows the progress claims of every sector that uses them (Construction / Contracting, Marine) in a single list. Nothing is entered or changed here; the sector link on each row takes you to that sector’s own claim screen. The screen also gives gross and net totals per sector and currency.
Claims is not a separately sold package: when the Construction / Contracting or Marine package is open for the company, this view opens too. If both are closed the view stays empty.
Who uses it
Section titled “Who uses it”The general manager, finance and project managers, and anyone following claim status across sectors. View on the Claims page is needed. This permission alone opens no sector: to see a sector’s claims you also need View on that sector’s page and its package must be open.
Screens
Section titled “Screens”- Sector link buttons: jump to the sector’s own claim screen.
- Total cards: one per sector and currency pair, with gross and net amounts; different currencies are never added, and cancelled or reversed claims are left out.
- Claim list: sector, period, date, status, gross amount, net payable and currency; sortable and filterable, 20 rows per page.
- Legacy claim records: read-only records left from the retired old claim screen, marked as legacy.
